- We specialise in architectural brass ironmongery and fittings.

4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is required in full before dispatch.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods.
5. Delivery
- We deliver across the UK.
- Standard delivery is typically up to 5 working days.
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

6. Free Cutting Service
- We offer a complimentary cutting service for selected products, such as curtain poles and foot rails etc. This service is provided free of charge as a convenience to our customers.
- All cuts are made to customer-specified measurements.
- We work to a tolerance of ±5mm.
- Please ensure measurements are accurate before submitting your order, as cut items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
- If precise fitting is essential, we recommend cutting on site to ensure accuracy.
- If a cutting error results in the item being shorter than the specified tolerance, we will provide a replacement. If the item exceeds the specified tolerance in length, it will need to be trimmed on site. Should you require us to make further adjustments after dispatch, all associated carriage costs will be your responsibility.
- Please note that off-cuts are not retained or supplied.
- This service is non-reversible once cutting has commenced.
7. Returns and Refunds
- You may return items within 28 days in original condition and packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 10 days of receipt.
- Returns over £150 may incur a 25% restocking fee.
- Special order or bespoke items (e.g., curtain poles, foot rails) are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- Report shortages within 48 hours of delivery.
- Damaged items must be reported within 72 hours with photographic evidence.
- We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund or replacement.
9. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- No liability is accepted for delays, installation issues, or usage-related damage.
